The hotel is in a good location, and there are restaurants on-site where you can have dinner. That’s where the advantages end.

I arrived at 6:20 AM and was charged 50% of the room rate for an early check-in, yet I was still made to wait until 7:00 AM. There was no hot water in the room, and I was not informed about this issue in advance. The main reason I paid for early check-in was to take a shower and get ready after my trip. The hot water was unavailable for more than 36 hours, and the hotel did absolutely nothing to address the situation. No compensation was offered, nor was the early check-in charge waived or refunded. Housekeeping was also below standard. There were unidentified items left under the bed, toiletries were not properly replenished, and there were no slippers in the room. Fortunately, I had my own. The hotel does not meet five-star standards in any way. The location is good, and there are restaurants on-site where you can have dinner. Beyond that, I found very little to justify its rating.

What’s not to like? Exceptionally helpful and professional staff. 3 restaurants (ate at 2 of them) & the food was superb!!!! Bed like my bed from home - exceedingly comfortable. It’s the little things like the welcome note & chocolates, last time I had that was at a very, very expensive hotel in the South of France.
