"A clean and comfortable room, but the service and value for money need major improvement."

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The reception staff were not welcoming, especially the receptionist (Indian nationality) who dealt with guests in an unprofessional manner. They also never answered phone calls — I called around 20 times, and even when I saw the phone ringing at the desk, the receptionist ignored it. The price is also high compared to the overall level of the hotel.
