It is convenient, especially coming in from Bishkek to Almaty. Rooms are very clean. Rooms have high ceilings, good linens and comfortable beds.

"We was attending a concert at the Almaty arena, so location was ideal. Staff were helpful"

breakfast was until 10.30am, we got there at 10.00 and food was already running out.

No English speaking staff, also it is a "dry" hotel, ie no bar or alcohol. Wifi a bit weak.

"The room worked for what I needed it for and the price was reasonable"

It was within walking distance from the arena

My room smelled like cigarettes. The pillow case had blood stains on it. There was no hot water the first day.

We came to the Scorpions concert at Almaty Arena The location of the hotel was excellent for our purpose The facilities are clean

The staff is not helpful. The breakfast requires a talon from the reception and you can get one only in the morning, they couldn't provide it upon the check-in. You have to come down to get those talons The breakfast offers poor choice
