Большой двухкомнатный номер с достаточным количеством поверхностей (столики, тумбы и т.п.) — чего так не хватает в большинстве отелей; можно удобно разместиться. Наличие мягкого уголка (даже с диваном). Большая удобная душевая. Чистота. Отличный разнообразный завтрак. Ночью было тихо.

Всегда останавливаюсь в этой гостинице, когда приезжаю в Шымкент. Очень приятная атмосфера, чистые и уютные номера, вежливый и внимательный персонал. Удобное расположение и хороший уровень сервиса — чувствую себя здесь комфортно каждый раз.

Серьёзных замечаний нет, всё на хорошем уровне.

Вкусный завтрак, чистое белье, доступ к бассейну

Шумная музыка в фитнес центре с 9 до 22 часов, вроде бы не нарушение , но отдохнуть днем не получилось. Не закрывалась дверь в санузел. Близко к вокзалу, далеко от основных достопримечательностей.
