Местоположение, уютно, завтраки шикарные😋, кровати супер удобные как облако, кровати🥰 вид из окна😍 всё в шаговой доступности 👍🏼

На летающий театр, так и не попали. Так как там В самом комплексе Самрук, нам сказали что в отеле должны были сказать что сеансы по предзаписи. Хотя мы звонили, спрашивали, говорили по живой очереди. Но по факто пропускали гидов с с деньгами за определенное количество человек. Типа они звонили и договаривались на определенное время с определенным человеком. И так перед нами прошли три гида. А нас просто отодвинули даже нормально не ответив. Просто сказали идите и разбирайтесь у себя в отеле. Конечно было обидно, так как мы расчитывали на этот ваучер и думали попадём, но из-за того что с нами были ещё люди не стали им портить выходной и просто пошли в другое место, но осадок остался, что если нет договоренности или знакомых, то тебя просто могут подвинуть, игнорируя😔
