Close proximity to central park, comfortable beds and good sized room. Staff very helpful in organising and purchasing of a birthday cake last minute!

Nowhere to make hot drinks in the room. Shower didn't run well

Location was good, large comfortable room.

The shower was a bit moldy, though the building is from 2015. The room rules with a list of fines on the table is not a nice welkom to see by the bed table. Also at the checkout the room was checked before we could leave, giving us the feeling of distrust. For the breakfast, in our price was 5000kzt included to use for the breakfast, witch obliged you, in a way, to eat at their ridiculously expensive restaurant, this felt a bit like a scam. Better just have a coffee there and eat somewhere in the city. Also everything in the hotel is badly made, we had to be very careful while using.
