Понравилось месторасположение и завтрак.

На ресепшен хамы. Отель не соответствует заявленным 4 звездам. Полотенца серые, одеяло для односпальной кровати, в выдаче второго отказали. Матрас с выпирающими пружинами, кровать скрипит.

Бронировали для иностранного гостя. Он сказал что сотрудники ресепшена грубые.
