Room was lovely with a good view of the grounds. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. We had a really nice stay!

There is an express and super big supermarket nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants. The room was big. Comfortable temperature and easy self checkin. Overall great!!

Generally everything ran efficiently and without hassle. Most staff were friendly and helpful. good atmosphere and convenient location.

Convenient location. Pool. Decent variety of food at breakfast including Khao Soy noodles upon request. Hot water. They upgraded us to a triple room to accommodate our son, which was a nice gesture.

Pillows are terrible. Food at breakfast buffet is not kept warm, and tables/plates are not efficiently cleared/cleaned (they need more staff). There was a power cut for an entire day, which is common in Laos, but this hotel does not have a generator. Bathroom sink drained very slow.
