「King Suite Pool View with Balcony」を予約、宿泊しました。説明文には、「This suite consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom」とありましたが、通された部屋にはひと部屋しかなかったため、予約した部屋と違う旨伝えました。スタッフは、説明文の画面をカメラに撮りオーナーに確認すると言っていましたが、しばらくして「この部屋で間違いない」と伝えてきましたが、説明文にはリビングルームと、独立したベッドルームがあると書いてあるし、絶対違う旨再度伝えて抗議しました。隣の部屋とのドア同士の間隔から察するに、おそらく私の隣の部屋が説明文の部屋だと思います。 説明文より狭い部屋なのだから、割引するように要望しましたが、受け入れられず、スタッフの英語も拙く、私も時間がなかったため諦めました。 設備はそこそこですが、値段ほどの価値があるか疑問です。ルアンパバーンは良いところだったのでまた行きたいですが、その際は間違いなく別のホテルにしようと思います。

The accommodation is really clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was really lovely the receptionist was very friendly when we checked in.

We loved our stay. The location is great, central but quiet, minutes away from the night market, mount pusy, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was relaxed and had a wonderful atmosphere, the breakfast was nice and authentic, but the best part was the staff. All staff were extremely nice and helpful - Mr Bae gave us good tips and guidance, Johnny gave us interesting perspectives of local life and culture, so we felt that we were staying with local family. It was truly an authentic comfortable and friendly stay.
