The staff were good and helpful, especially the housekeeping team, who did a good job.

The stay was okay but not great. The shower had extremely low water pressure, and it took nearly 30 minutes just to finish a shower, which was very inconvenient. The facilities overall were not very good and could use improvement.

Nothing is satisfactory.

The room was not very clean. The food quality was average at best. As it is managed by Chinese nationals, the level of service was unsatisfactory. Overall, it was disappointing.

Perfect location directly on the beach. Very family-friendly with the large pool (special area for non-swimmers), soccer pitch, small library. Very good restaurant for both Sri Lankan curry and European food. Staff is overwhelmingly friendly and motivated to make your stay enjoyable.

If you are on one of the upper level floors, hallway walks can be quite long - but views from the balcony great

We had some minor issues with hot water at the start however the staff were very attentive and ensured it was resolved immediately.

Хорошая добротная 4*. Комфортный номер, есть все необходимое. Чистый бассейн, пляжные полотенца, отличное расположение, чистый пляж. В отеле ресторан, где очень вкусно готовят

Top Lage direkt am Strand! Nettes Personal, sehr schöner Pool, gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer, tolles Bad. Ruhige Lage.

Great position on beach. Lovely pool and diving guru next door was great for breakfast. Other cafes / restaurants within 5-10min walk. Rooms very spacious and nicely done out with great balcony’s overlooking the sea. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
