It is a really affordable place to stay. The management and the bungalow keeper are very helpful. But the linen should be changed.

The booked family room was given away without communicating with us. They claim that they thought we wouldn't show up and no contact numbers. But email and a message via the booking.com app are possible for confirmation. Had to stay in a standard room which was left. Mosquito net is indeed necessary in these rooms.

the service person was keen to help, but i believe he lacks the stuff to help others with.

we booked 2 family rooms each with 1 double bed 1 single bed and 1 futon bed as stated in the booking. we were offered without the futon bed, when enquired they offered OLD DIRTY UNUSABLE mats. we Booked for 4 people and we were offered with 3 pillows and refused to provide more. the road leading to the location is horrible.

When we arrived at the hotel around 9 PM, we were shocked to find that only two double rooms were provided, despite my clear booking for six adults. The lack of preparation was disappointing, but what made the situation even worse was the rude and unprofessional attitude of the owner’s when we tried to address the issue. Instead of resolving the matter with courtesy, she made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Searching for another place to stay so late at night was a nightmare, leaving us frustrated and exhausted. I cannot recommend this place to anyone after such a disheartening experience.
