الفندق ممتاز من ناحية الخدمات والستاف كل المرافق كانت جيدة وبوفيه الافطار الصباحي كان جيد ومتنوع ونشكر الادارة والستاف على متابعة وتقديم الخدمات للنزلاء .. سيكون الفندق مكان اقامتي في زيارتي القادمة الى السليمانية .

One of the best and most beautiful hotels. The entire staff is exceptional, especially Inna at reception, who is very kind and welcoming. Inna is a very cheerful, friendly, and lovely person. This hotel has everything you need: a pool, sauna, paid massage services, jacuzzi, music, and more. All the staff work very hard, and everything is clean everywhere. The entire staff, including housekeeping, the pool staff, reception, the kitchen staff, the manager, the valet, and the bellboy who helps with the luggage, are very hardworking and friendly. The most generous breakfast

The only thing I didn’t like is that they charged me an unnecessary 12 USD fee for no reason, and the prices are quite high. But like I said, it's really bad from the hotel for that extra accommodation fee, they don't have enough money anymore
