Erbil View Hotel

In an excellent location, a quick and easy walk to the citadel, with both a beer store and fabulous shawarma shop just a minute or two away. The rooms are well appointed and a fantastic breakfast buffet is on offer. The staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. I had a fabulous stay, and have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

This hotel is a great option when visiting erbil. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. There are shops nearby for snacks etc. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the main square thought it was nearer to be honest - but walk was doable - maybe 20mins.

We loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a big smile. The breakfast buffet was a real treat that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was very large and had a great view and the location is great, a short walk to the cathedral, bazaar, and fountains. The beds were comfy and the wifi worked just fine. They were even all set up to print out our COVID test results for us. I will stay here whenever I return to Erbil.

I spent 5 nights here and I recommend it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and every morning I loved the view of the city from the breakfast room. I booked a standard room but was upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful. Big and comfortable, with fast wifi, English news channels and all the amenities I could need. The location is excellent. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the citadel with several restaurants and convenience stores in immediately around the hotel. I basically walked everywhere in Erbil and used this hotel as my base. I would tay here again.

Would highly recommend the Erbil View Hotel and we would definitely stay there again. First off, the staff were so easy to communicate with ahead of our arrival through Facebook messenger, and really kind and helpful. That kindness continued during our stay, and Yasmeen and Haval and everyone else at the front desk was ready to provide advice on sights, travel and PCR testing (and printed our PCR results for us). The hotel itself was reasonably priced and is really well situated in the city. It is an easy walk to the Citadel, main parks, and restaurants and cafes, and a short drive to the airport. The wifi is absolutely excellent - we had not one issue streaming content from abroad. Our room was very clean, our coffee/tea station was restocked regularly, and the bed was really comfortable. And the included breakfast was everything we wanted, with plenty of hot and cold options. Perhaps the only consideration for others would be that the hotel is directly across the street from a mosque, so do bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper and don't want to wake early.

with no resturant becouse they didint but any thing in their room menu for resturent just tea !!! and with poor room service becouse we asked for a tea and room service call as to say (will you have a tea bags in your room ) !!!! then why you put tea in your menu in the first plase ?.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff and very good location within walking distance of the citadel. Best to pay in cash because you can only pay in Iraqi dinars with a credit card. They accepted euros for payment.

Erbil view hotel is a well managed hotel in the center of Erbil. My room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable and the buffet breakfast excellent. Same goes for the lovely staff. Several mini marts in a 100m radius, some dining options, too. Mosque on the other side of the street. Very reasonable prices. Would come again.

I was staying at this hotel during together with my friends for over a week since I was working in Erbil and wanted a proper hotel. It was a very good choice! First of all: Yasmeen at the check in and Morcal the supervisor was fantastic! Especially thank you to Morcal who let my friend use his phone for an international call to her dying grandma. The breakfast is very tasty and Hussein and his colleagues were always smiling and provided the best service in the restaurant. The location is great with a short walk to the citadel. Very, very clean rooms and lovely staff everywhere. I can not enough thank all the staff for what they did to us during our stay at Erbil View Hotel!
