"Not to bad"

All is good the staff are polite and helpful, I had a good rest after a long journey,

I liked the room ,the facilities wasn't as good as I was expected for a 5 stars Hotel, and when I was checking out iv had a shock when they couldn't find my passport unfortunately some one put it under the wrong room number

the pool is good and a[[ the stafe of hotel was good and kind

the break fast wasn't buffet!!! except last day!!! and hotel was renovation in some floor and 1 day was very crowed

"Overrated"

Breakfast was great..staff was polite and ready to serve...location is good.

Very terrible beds not comfortable to sleep on...and reeks of smoking smell...the room temperature was extremely hot and can't be controlled by guests...was a very difficult night after long ride.
