"Comfortable, convenient, cozy ski in/ski out hotel with great staff and restaurant/bar!"

Siyana (sp?) was a very welcoming, helpful, friendly hostess - she handled check-in/check-out, ran the bar, served the food cooked in the restaurant, made the coffee, everything! I feel like I made a new friend! The hotel was in a perfect location for ski in / ski out, with an attached rental shop - very convenient. Room was clean and cozy, and since it was only me, it was very comfortable. Restaurant food was excellent (dinner). The included breakfast was also very good and of course convenient. If I ever find myself in Vienna in the winter again and want to go skiing close by, I'll definitely stay at the Hotel Sonnenalm again!

The only 'complaint' I can think of is that the entire bathroom served as a shower, and without a door/curtain, water got everywhere, no matter how careful I tried not to splash.

Es könnte in Zukunft ein Shuttle-Service überlegt werden für Gäste, die mit der Bahn anreisen. Da konnten wir nur eine etwas abenteuerliche Variante wählen, bei der wir mit Gepäck im Rucksack direkt per Ski über die Piste zum Hotel kamen.
