"Hotel war verschlossen, Keine Nächtigung möglich"

Wir kamen zur verabredeten Zeit, um 20:53, nicht in das Hotel hinein, weil alles verschlossen war. Auf den Anruf an die Telefon Nummer, die an der Eingangstür angebracht war, reagierte niemand. Wir mussten ohne unser gebuchtes Zimmer den Ort wieder verlassen und ein weit entferntes anderes Hotel suchen. Sehr, sehr schlecht!!!

Sehr, sehr schlecht, dass niemand auf unseren Anruf reagierte, obwohl vorher telefonisch, kurz vor 19 Uhr, verabredet war mit der Rezeption, dass wir anrufen sollen, wenn wir vor dem Hotel stehen und es geschlossen sein sollte.
