Tutto molto bello, cena e colazione meravigliose

Nell'idromassaggio c'era troppo cloro

Colazione e cena ottime. Panorama dal balcone della stanza incantevole.

Come già sottolineato in altre recensioni piscina un po’ troppo affollata da bambini schiamazzanti. Per il resto spa accogliente e comoda.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food was fantastic, offering great variety and quality. While I didn’t use the pool due to the cold water and the number of kids, the free parking was a convenient perk.

Unfortunately, the staff left much to be desired. The maintenance worker came to the jacuzzi 15 minutes before closing and stayed there, making it clear he wanted me to leave. The same person entered my room 10 minutes before checkout and rudely gestured for me to leave. The pool water was cold so I didn't even use it.

The kitchen chef is a master and the food offered for breakfast and dinner was excellent (a wide variety and great taste). The service was very friendly (waitresses and receptionists). The hotel is well located to explore the area, and with the Trentino card you have additional benefits. Stunning landscapes wherever you go. Highlyrecommended.
