"Ok to rest your head for a night"

Excellent location just a short walk to the centre. Parking was a bonus too, the staff were all so lovely, very accommodating and happy to help when we requested extra milk. The breakfast was excellent, so many fresh fruits to choose room, excellent choice of cereals & jams.

Only down side was the room itself is looking a little tired, curtains were dirty/mauldy, stains to the carpet. We were in one of the family rooms outside the main hotel. Also, my daughter said the camp bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location ....as it is near the lake and there were many nearby restaurants for food. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The hotel clean and the room was perfect the only thing I have say we couldn't get the centre heating on and we didn't have any hot water. The person I told she came and fixed it but that was when was leaving other than that we would go back again

"Great location, but disappointed with the room."

Breakfast excellent.

Room had stains on ceiling and wall. Creaky floor boards. Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Unsightly mould around toilet fitting. Bathroom floor has numerous cracked tiles. Room door handle loose.

A good selection for breakfast,served with friendly and professional staff outstanding , spacious clean rooms with its own carparking space. The location just a 5 minute walk from all restaurants &shops

"RElaxing and tranquil hotel with excellent staff."

A relaxing garden feel to the whole venue. Breakfast was relaxing and staff very attentive. Location was excellent 3 minutes walk to the centre of town and lake yet tranquility in the hotel gardens.

Nothing to complain about. Its handy to check out your parking spot before you drive to it. There is plenty of temporary parking at reception.
