La qualité de l'accueil, les informations données sur les balades à faire. La bonne insonorisation extérieure (bonne qualité des double vitrage des fenêtres).

L'insonorisation insuffisante de la porte de la chambre. Les bruits de couloir sont très présents dans la chambre. Heureusement, les clients de l'hôtel étaient assez calmes.

Beautiful, well placed and nicely decorated hotel. Owner was friendly and very helpful.

The room was fine, reasonable size. Though the balcony was off the bathroom which was unusual. You could drop off in the short-term parking outside the hotel. Paid for parking was in a very nice garage just across the road. Restaurant was closed until the summer season, however breakfast (not included in the price) could be taken in the bar or on the terrace, and was one of the better ones experienced on the trip. An excellent base for a exploring the mountains.

There was some confusion with the billing as the room was charged twice and then refunded, incurring additional non-sterling transaction fees, there are also still pending card charges that have not been removed following actual payment.
