Colazione buona, con dolce e salato. Non particolarmente ricca, ma soddisfacente. Ampio e comodo il parcheggio, con in più la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente al coperto, nel garage che si trova nel seminterrato. La camera è dotata di un piccolo soggiorno con anche un comodo frigorifero. Tutto completamente nuovo.

A colazione mancano le indicazioni delle tipologie di cibi e bevande: tipo di succo di frutta, tipo di cornetto, ecc. Lo specchio in bagno e gli appendiabiti nell'armadio sono troppo alti, irraggiungibili da persone non particolarmente alte.
