Staff not friendly. Rude and unacceptable behavior.

Staff behavior rude and unacceptable. I went there late night and could not change my hotel, else would never have stayed at this place.

"I wouldn’t recommend this place, as it’s not reasonably clean."

Highly disappointed. There is no sign to say it’s OYO. The location is in a residential setting set in back streets. we had to ask for sheets to be changed and toilet to be cleaned. Toilet roll wasn’t supplied !!
