Rustig gelegen in schitterende omgeving, geweldig uitzicht vanaf terras en balkon. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt en ook diner is uitstekend Kamer netjes schoon met fijn balkon Goede wifi Mooie omgeving/

Er zijn maar 2 stopcontacten op de kamer, is wat lastig met opladers. Ontbijt op doordeweekse dagen maar tot 09.00 uur, maar dit is geen breekpunt

The balcony was great. Nice view over the hills and the valley. There are good chairs and cushions on the balcany. The room is very roomy and very clean. The breakfast was great with a good selection of meat, fish and salade. Nice staff. Great to have breakfast outside on the terrace overlooking the hills.

The shower is partially updated. On Mondays and Tuesdays there is no staff to greet you at arrival and the restaurant is closed. However, the key collection of the room is provided for in an adequate way and staff can be reached in case of an emergency. Restaurants are nearby in Heppenheim and Mörlenbach. Mattresses are quite soft and tin.

This is a lovely hotel that has the warm feeling of a family-run business, and is situated in a beautiful area. The rooms are somewhat basic (no fridge, no coffee corner) but are very comfortable and clean, and all had balconies with a magnificent view of the black forest. We had an amazing dinner in the hotel as well, where the dining room also overlooks that same beautiful scenery. Breakfast was included, and also was incredibly plentiful and tasty. Staff were helpful as we are English speakers and the menus were only in German. There are also many well-marked walking trails of varying lengths starting right from the hotel, we did two of them and really enjoyed ourselves. We definitely recommend a stop here, or even just a meal if you are passing through.

Maybe it's a translation issue, but the rooms were advertised as two-double beds in each room, in fact each room had two large single beds side-by-side.

Wonderful stay and hearty breakfast. The room was very large and had a nice sitting area both inside and out on the balcony. We booked that day, and the hotel was great about communicating how to access our room.

No dinner or bar on Tuesday night. Nearest restaurant 8km away. Limited hours in restaurant weds. Overall the hotel was hugely over priced, dreadful value for money. The description of the hotels facillities is dishonest. It needs to be cleasr the hotel is essentially closed on Tuesdays. We even arrived at 6pm to find reception locked and our room keys were left in a pigeon hole / letter box outside.
