Most of the staff members were very polite and helpful. The room was quite spacious and the washroom was also quite large

1. The approach to the hotel is not very easy. particularly for people with restricted mobiliy. Vehicles cannot reach the entrance of the hotel. 2. The internet comnection was weak. Attending an online meeting was difficult. 3. The toileteries provided were meager. A towel, a tiny soap bar and a shampoo sachet for a family of 3, staying for 2 nights. 4. The bedsheets were not changed throughout our stay. 5. The night shift manager was glued to his mobile. Not at all interactive and welcoming.
