"Complete waste of money and caused lot of discomfort both mentally and physically."

It was really bad. Really caused lot of mental discomfort. Would never like to use OYO again. Even contacted OYO staff but they did no good to us. Really disappointing.

Firstly the price shown on site was wrong. Site showed somewhat around ₹400 but actual amount was about ₹1200. The hotel manager really misbehaved with us and wasted lot of time and causing lot of mental discomfort. We spended ₹700 to reach that location which was complete waste. Also we contacted OYO STAFF but it was of no use to us. Even after all this we didn't stayed there and booked another hotel for our stay. Also my BOOKING AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED yet.
