Hotel Picasso near Peera Garhi Paschim Vihar New Delhi

The bedsheet was human hair I request to change which change my room and I refused to pay extra but unfortunately same bedsheet with stained hair musty room

It was near to the location i needed to reach in time.breakfast menu was good.hotel staff was good mannered.Room service was good.

Mosquitoes. The curtains were dusty. Got shampoo but no conditioner!!! Got Body wash but no lotion. No tissue papers provided at room. Had to ask for doormats near bathroom. Got insects in food thrice😳 TV was not working properly.

I have travelled the world and stayed in five star to un rated hotels. This was the nadir. Rooms were shabby unclean and found cock roache and a noise of nearby construction will make ur stay hell. I wanted to sleep during the day because I was tired due to my journey from Ladakh but could not due to the constant banging of the construction. Food is of no quality and over priced. Staff are good except Mr. Fateh and thethe lady who manned the counter are extremely umpolite rude and they do not know how to cocommunicate. I requested for a late checkout and they agreed for 12.30 and then they called.me to Check out at 12.00 Noon. Extremely bad experience. I would recommend visitors avoid this hotel.

I do not like anythign except the old and senior employees who were still ther and they are polite but not Fatteh and Lady manning the counter.
