These were some of the most hospitable hosts and wonderful people we have ever met. Chef Gianpiero Cravero is the master of all trades here and one of the kindest and friendliest restaurateurs we have ever met. The property of the hotel and osteria is amazing, there is a beautiful terrace and plenty of parking. The location is just outside of Novara, which allows you to venture into the city if you're in the mood for a little more metropolitan flair. Gianpiero, speaks numerous languages including fluent English, Italian, and French, which makes communication a breeze. The Osteria (restaurant) is definitely the highlight of the stay. The room was very spacious and looks like the photos. The only downside is that the furniture i.e., the bed, desk, and refrigerator are quite old and a bit outdated. They are still definitely functional but could definitely use an update/upgrade. The bathroom on the other hand looks like it was recently renovated and is very nice. I would highly recommend staying here if you enjoy excellent food, people, and the small things in life. Grazie mille, famiglia Cravero!

The rooms are a bit outdated and ageing. The furniture i.e., the bed, desk, closet, and refrigerator are quite old and outdated. They are definitely still functional but could us an update/upgrade. Also, there is carpet in the room, which is just a dust and dirt trap. I realize carpet was quite common in accommodations years ago, which speaks to the age of the rooms. Nonetheless, the rooms are quite spacious and have plenty of storage room.
