Location is the best.

The breakfast buffet was a bit to unhealthy. A lot of desserts and sweet options and not so much cheese and ham options

The staff and location to town, beach and train station.

Wifi, The wifi streaming was not good at all, you couldn't stream to look up travel arrangements or internet wifi strength was below par. The site touted great internet/wifi high speed.
