Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr zur Vermietung geeignet, Im Bad leichter Schimmel, Fenster undicht bei Regen kommt Wasser in die Zimmer trotz verschlossener Tür. Dazu benötigten die Stühle mal neue Farbe. Die Sonnenschirme teilweise defekt
