Villa Pioppi Hotel

Loved the room, fit 4 of us really well and we had a view of the lake and pool. The restaurant on site was a bonus and the breakfast in the morning was really nice. The kids loved relaxing and swimming in the pool and we rode bikes into the charming town of Sirmione.

Beds were a little hard.

It's an amazing old building with modern amenities once you get in the room.

The narrow stairs the third floor in the old building are hard to navigate especially with luggage. I am fit, but it was a chore to get all those bags up there. Also if you leave early there is no front desk staff so you're basically on your own. I was promised the front gate it is open, and it was, except when we arrived it took me a good minute and a half to figure out how the latch worked and it was terrifying considering we had an earlr flight out of Milan. But I will say that if you want an experience of old school you're a hotel, it's not a bad choice. Because the rooms do you have everything you need, cold ac and a shower with what appears to be unlimited hot water

Beautiful hotel & location

Uns hat es so sehr gefallen! Die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde sogar nochmal aktiv nachgefragt, ob alles passt und ob uns Mängel im Hotelzimmer aufgefallen sind. Wir haben aufgrund eines Verwaltungsfehlers ein krasses Zimmerupdate (Familiensuite) bekommen, damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Das war sehr großzügig! Der Park vor dem Hotel ist super schön. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Das hoteleigene Restaurant mit Blick auf den See ist sehr empfehlenswert. Frühstück auch top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser kleiner Hund durfte überall mit hin. Sogar an den Pool! Wir waren absolut begeistert. Es gibt 2 Pools in dem Hotel. Ein Pool nur für die eigenen Hotelgäste und noch ein Pool für Hotelgäste von außerhalb. Liegen gibt es ohne Ende. Alles sehr sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
