Tolles Hotel mit außergewöhnlicher Ausstattung und sehr freundlichem Personal. Wunderbares Essen und toller Spa/Pool mit hervorragendem Ausblick.

Leider liegt das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße (aktuell allerdings Sperrung der alternativen Hauptverkehrsstraße). Dadurch leider teilweise starker Verkehrslärm.

The staff were unbelievably kind. The food was amazing. The location was perfect.

L’emplacement était très pratique pour aller jusqu’au parking afin d’aller à Seceda. Le personnel était très sympathique, la chambre était très propre et agréable, rien à redire ! La vue était magnifique du balcon de notre chambre. La piscine était un vrai plus histoire de profiter du soleil tranquillement.

Certains des plats que nous avons pu goûter étaient très salés.

Excellent location with mountain views and quiet surroundings. After strenuous adventures it was satisfying to come back to a pool and the oportunity to get a cocktail. Nice dinner and breakfast with delicious local food. Welcoming staff made us feel at home.

Confortable, fully equipped and clean

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, guter Shuttle Service zur Piste. Schönes Badezimmer.

Für uns waren die Betten zu hart (das ist natürlich sehr individuell). Handtuchheizung in einen Zimmer war leider defekt.

SPA was world class. Breakfasts outstanding Panorama, surroundings stunning. Service staff excellent, particularly the sommelier. Shuttles punctual with friendly drivers.

It is not as advertised, “ski to door” EV charger was not functional Dinners were just average. Rooms lacked chest of drawers

Hotel stuff is extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good: wide selection of foods, great quality and excellent service. Ski transfer drivers are very gentle and caring about the equipment. Spa facilities are gorgeous, the view from the pool is absolutely stunning!

Spa is open only until 7pm, a few times we missed that. The hotel itself is quite far away from the city center, and ski transfer is working only until 17.30, so its a bit hard to go out for dinner without taking a car. The hotel dinner option is excellent, though.
