Ein sehr gutes Frühstück

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden

Zentrale Lage, aber ruhig. Gute Mischung aus Modernität und traditioneller Gestaltung. Küche sehr gut. Tolles Schwimmbad. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse, mit Blick auf Meran. Angenehmes Team um einen freundlich-kompetenten Hausherrn.

Sehr schöne Lage in Dorf Tirol. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Aufenthalt im Juni 25 für eine Nacht

Leider sind wir während eines heftigen Gewitters im strömenden Regen angekommen und haben daher versucht unser Auto in die Tiefgarage des Hotels zu stellen. Unglücklicherweise gibt es kein Schild o.ä. welches erkennen lässt, dass die Tiefgarage belegt ist. Sehr stark abfallende Abfahrt, äußerst schwierig zu wenden, wenn alle Parkplätze belegt sind. Erfordert fahrerisches Können beim Wenden und die steile Auffahrt wieder hochzufahren. Wir haben dann die Möglichkeit bekommen, auf einem nahegelegenen Parkplatz zu parken. Wir werden einen erneuten Versuch starten das Hotel kennen zu lernen, hoffentlich bei besserem Wetter und nicht nur für eine Nacht.

Struttura in ottima posizione per escursioni in montagna, oltre che raggiungere Merano; camera estremamente confortevole con vista stupenda.

L'ospitalità del personale estremamente gentile, ottimi spazi interni di svago compreso la piscina coperta con vetrate sul giardino. Bella la zona per colazione e cena e le zone di lettura e relax

the spa was very nice. bed nice and comfortable. great selection and quality on the breakfast with local deliceous products, comfort in the room and in the spa. Nice view from the room and on the Jacuzzi.

We didn't get the room we've booked. The welcome was confused and not detailed, i had to ask all the questions about dinner, breakfast, spa, exc... Clearly there is a difference between local/usual client of the hotel and people coming for the first time, we didn't get the same warm welcome and attention, also we've been told the dinner was only untill 7.30pm, but on the information booklet in our room was written the dinner started at 6.30pm, so normally hotels have at least 2 hours slot. The excuse was the germans eat early and they didn't want to stay in the kitchen all evening :|
