El entorno, sin duda, el personal, cordial y profesional. Y el restaurante esta muy bien.

Que el spazestaba lleno y no pude disfrutarlo.

A beautiful villa with stunning views, breathtaking sunsets, and unique design details. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the location is very convenient for exploring nearby cities and villages.

However, the overall experience didn’t quite match the level the hotel aims for. While the service is very attentive, it often felt excessive and at times impractical. For example, there were two showers in the room: one had no hot water, and the other was not working at all. Additionally, one of the power outlets by the bed was not functioning. In the restaurant, some details were overlooked, and the food did not meet expectations. We also had a less comfortable experience in the spa: despite requesting privacy, staff entered the area before our allotted time had finished, which disrupted what should have been a relaxing moment. The staff did try to offer solutions, which we appreciated, but they didn’t always feel practical or fully resolve the issues. Overall, the experience felt somewhat unbalanced more focused on presentation than on genuine comfort.

Per essere un hotel a 5 stelle, l’unica nota positiva è la vista di cui gode l’hotel

Un po’ tutto. Ci sono così tante mancanze che non può essere considerato un hotel a 5 stelle. Stanze carine ma non curate e lasciate un po andare, riscaldamento rumoroso e non gestibile in autonomia dalla stanza (ci siamo svegliati sempre con il bagno ghiacciato e abbiamo dovuto chiamare ogni mattina in reception per farlo accendere), non hanno mai ripristinato i set di cortesia dopo la pulizia delle stanza (anche su questo ho dovuto fare richiesta e ne hanno portato solo 1 quando in camera eravamo in 2 persone), colazione povera e senza possibilità di ordinare qualcosa di caldo (tutti gli hotel a 5 stelle in cui sono stata c’era questa possibilità). E cosa costa ad un hotel a 5 stelle lasciare una bottiglia d’acqua al giorno di cortesia per gli ospiti o ripristinare le capsule del caffè? A loro nulla ma anche questo per i clienti è una coccola. Si chiama “relais & spa” ma fanno pagare la spa (idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco) 35€ a persona. Per me veramente di cattivo gusto. Piuttosto aumentate il costo della stanza di 35€ ma date l’impressione agli ospiti di avere un servizio in più compreso! Si perdono per delle piccole attenzioni che però rendono veramente un hotel a 5 stelle. Ringraziamo almeno per la vista bellissima di cui si gode.

酒店位于环境优美的奥尔恰堡，酒店经理会热情的和每个住宿客人打招呼，感觉象家人。我们订的房间很大很舒适，各种配套也符合五星级酒店的标准。酒店离小镇很近，傍晚可以去小镇散步是不错的选择。
