Hotel Ristorante Fatur

This is a nice family-owned hotel in a small town. The staff was very friendly, helpful and charming. They didn't prefer to speak much English, but we could manage anyway. We had a big room, basically the size of a two-room apartment. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to store clothes and belongings. The bathroom was also very spacious. Internet access worked very well. The appearance of the restaurant really made it look like high standard, and we think it is, but we didn't try it. We had breakfast though, and it was good. The parking area right outside the hotel, fully separated from the street, was nice and very spacious too.

The only thing that was disappointing was the rather cold water in the shower in our room. From time to time it was not freezing cold but just about tolerable, but the very next minute it again turned very cold. This sequence kept repeating, for as long as we had our showers in the morning. Almost painful and quite disturbing. We find this comfort factor important enough to actually reduce the overall rating of our stay a little.

Its location is practical if flying to or from Bergamo airport. The restaurant is pretty good too. Family run place. Very good value for money

Building work started in an adjacent room to us at 7.45 am very very loud banging on walls and drilling. Not ideal but obviously not always going to be the case.

As usual nice stuff, clean rooms. Breakfast has a lot of varieties . I suggest that they return offer of ham and cheese instead of ready made sandwiches. Good offer of fruit

This property is central to the tourist destinations of Milan, lake Como and Bergamo Alta. The family has run this property for many, many years. We were there for our 15 year wedding anniversary since we were dating there and decided to get married. We just relived the experience and it was amazing!

There was nothing I can think of, it was wonderful.
