The staff was superb! The service was great! The breakfast and dinner were superb! Great location in center of town. Convenient parking! Good overall!

In the summer time, air condition is necessary! The door locks were difficult to open.

The patio views, the staff especially Luca were extremely kind.

It's at the bottom of a steep hill. If you have a car It's no problem.

"Great grand hotel for a getaway in Palena!"

Great location. Fantastic breakfast with lots of sweets. The host was very attentive. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.

The toilet door would not close properly and would have to stay open whenever someone was in the bathroom. Although we loved the breakfast for some people it may be too sweet as cakes and biscuits were only supplied.

The hotel is beautiful and grand, overlooking the whole of Palena! It is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The staff are lovely, very helpful and hospitable! We really enjoyed our stay!
