Ristorante eccellente nell’hotel

Colazione ok, ingresso in auto per parcheggi interrati non comodissimo

From the photos and from the outside of the hotel when driving up, you see a modern looking hotel. Well, the hotel is in need of major overhaul including the lobby, dining rooms and lodging rooms. Few, if any, modifications have been made since it was built probably 2 or 3 decades ago. Yes, the service at the front desk was attentive as were the servers in the restaurant in the breakfast room. The breakfast was adequate but not memorable with ample selections for most. The value was poor considering the state of the hotel. Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend it to others? No. Please note that there is free parking underground. And there are electric charging stations across the street near the McDonalds.

I came to Isernia to visit family, and since my accommodations were arranged by relatives, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and spoke excellent English. As an American traveler unfamiliar with some of the energy-saving practices common in Europe, I was initially surprised by features like motion activated hallway lighting. However, once I entered my room, it was immediately clear that the hotel was well maintained, modernized, and thoughtfully cared for. The room was comfortable, clean, and made for a very pleasant stay. The restaurant on site was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Parking in the garage was plentiful, and access to the hotel was convenient and easy. If I have the opportunity to return to Isernia in the future, I would absolutely stay at this property again.
