"Very bad evening"

This so-called 3-star hotel is more than disappointing, very poorly located, the room is in an almost disused annex building, three floors of a shabby, narrow staircase with very dirty floors everywhere and windows flush with the railway track. The metal shutters are useless because they are damaged. We decided to leave and lost €90. Not recommended to anion.

"A lovely experience."

Staff were so kind, breakfast was amazing and the room was very comfortable. The location was a bit far from major towns and sights but definitely worth the price.

The staff is super friendly, the room was nice and mattress very comfortable. The hotel is in front of the train station with direct trains to Varese, laveno and milan
