Ottimo hotel . Arredamento forse un po’ retrò ma comunque completo e funzionale. Ristorante di buon livello con personale disponibile e competente

De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel, vooral ober Gianni! Verder hadden we een prima kamer en was het zwembad een stuk groter dan we hadden verwacht. Beide avonden hebben we van het restaurant van het hotel gebruik gemaakt. Het eten was voortreffelijk en de bediening buitengewoon attent.

Het hotel was niet helemaal onze stijl, (het is een sympathieke mini-versie van het Caesar Palace in Las Vegas), maar na een paar uur, als je aan gewend bent stoort het niet meer. De entourage maakt een hoop goed.

The pool is lovely and the female receptionist was nice.

- no clear check-in process i.e. noone on at reception, wasn't told about breakfast - no WiFi - very dated internal furnishings - room was always very hot - got locked out of the hotel and had to phone the owner who doesn't speak any English to get inside - no iron/ironing board. Had to go to dry cleaners to get clothes ironed before a wedding - no main lightswitch for the bedroom, have to turn on lots of little lights at various sockets and switches. - limited hallway lights, so always felt very dark and gloomy. - didn't seem like any other guests were there. Overall a really unpleasant experience felt like I was staying in a ghost hotel. If staying in this town, don't stay here, go to San Paolo, which is a modern and welcoming hotel.
