only the blanket underneath the douve but not above. shower drain clogged we heard the staff cleaning at 9.30 am. either the walls/doors too thin or they were too loud breakfast outside in a bar

No iron

Perfect location, in the centre of the little city of Canelli, a pretty place you could enjoy for taste good wine and walk on the piedmont hill

Old rooms

Breakfast is at the Cafe Torino, just opposite. The staff were friendly. Parking was secure. We could even check in earlier - thank you! Very central. Great to explore Canelli.

Villa Chiara was in a great location and perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. Parking was available at no extra cost and easily accessible. The room was very spacious and had a sofa. Breakfast, which was very pleasant, was served in the little café a short walk from the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful and worked very hard throughout our stay.

The property is quaint and nice, but was unable to provide an iron which we desperately needed as we were attending a wedding and our clothes needed ironing after travel. Unfortunately their laundry service would not have our clothes back on time, so I had to rush to another property, quite a walk away, with my clothes to use the iron provided there, which wasn't ideal. Our room didn't have a proper window and the lighting wasn't great for getting ready...but I was able to share another guests room for this purpose. I'm sure a few higher watt bulbs would easily sort the lighting issue and having an iron available would be a great asset to guests. It was an issue for us mainly because of the nature of our visit.

Room was facing towards a restaurant and it generated some noise late evening. Barking dogs was not mentioned.
