Accueil déplorable, aucune explication, on nous emmène en dehors de l’établissement, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, un climatiseur portable est dans la chambre, le coffre fort ne marche pas, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il va aller voir, il fait enlever le climatiseur et laisse la climatisation en marche qui réchauffe la pièce, tissu des sièges tachée et peinture défraîchie.lamentable, le réceptionniste nous évite.le personnel ne fait aucun effort parle anglais et italien.
