Posteggio, temperatura camera, accoglienza della proprietaria

Letto scomodo, struttura vecchia che necessita di ristrutturazione o almeno di manutenzione (rubinetto che gocciola, luce fulminata, muri sporchi, asciugacapelli senza terminale). Colazione spartana. Rapporto qualità prezzo, per I sevizi offerti sarebbe stato equo pagare giusto la metà dei €100 a pernottamento per la matrimoniale occupata.

Ambiente un po' trasandato Riscaldamento solo con la pompa di calore del climatizzatore e il bagno freddo La Camera è comunque pulita e il personale cordiale Unico neo la colazione...il buffet non è come nelle foto e la stanza non era riscaldata e ho dovuto farla con giubbino Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Assisi ,Gubbio e Perugia trovandosi vicino a tutte. Rapporto qualità prezzo direi comunque in linea con i servizi offerti
