Staff could not have been more helpful especially in getting us seats in 3 nature reserve tours at the last minute. Room was clean and well equipped. On site restaurant, Handi, was not only convenient but served some of the freshest and best food, including regional specialities. Quiet, somewhat rural area a few minutes walk from the main road

The building, typical of many Indian hotels we have stayed in, was made of concrete or stone and sometimes noises echoed throughout.

Excellent service, excellent food. Really helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

the hotel is located in a peaceful area outside the main town. the staff were helpful to organise the safari and always available to help us. we had dinner in the Restaurant and the food was really good.

Location, little off from the main street, difficult to commute if you have a morning safari.

The staff was excellent and we were well taken care of. They arranged a gala dinner party on xmas eve and rajasthani folk dance music and fire show was the highlight of that. Food is tasty although very oily for my liking. Breakfast spread isnt much but whats offered is good. Location isnt too far from sawai madhopur station which is why i booked it although its inside the main road but the roads are well made and the Canter could come pick us up which was also arranged by Ma. Alpana on short notice.

This property can improve in many ways and become better. Food musnt be so oily as it spoils the taste afterwards. Beds should be more comfortable. Heaters must be provided in the room especially. with kids during winters as it becomes chilly. We were accommodated on 2nd flr at first then moved to first but ground flr room would ve been better as my wife was recovering from knee surgery and we had 2 kids

The USP of the place is the above and beyond service you get. Everything was taken care of by the wonderful people at the hotel. The food is another highlight. Absolutely brilliant.

The washrooms could be modernized a little.
