Die Lage ist absolut top, mitten im Ort, der 1. Skilift ist direkt hinter dem Hotel und die Talabfahrt endet kein 50m vom Hotel entfernt. Ausstattung, Service und Essen sind sehr gut, wobei das Gormet-Dinner am Abend schon aufwendig ist und gut dargeboten wird (teilweise in aufwendiger Buffet-Form), aber nicht in allen Gängen immer auf Gourmet-Level liegt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und man spürt jederzeit, dass sie immer bemüht sind, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Skikeller ist "second to none" und hat einen eigenen Lift mit dem man bequem nach draußen kommt.
