Breakfast was complimentary but on request and that too too bad just one staff to cater my needs

The food was alright, and the housekeeping staff was polite

Everything is horrible here, the staff is arrogant and rude. They disrespected us everytime by saying this is how it works for everything. They are loots who try to take money for every single thing. I had nylon clothes yet they made me buy whole costume. Hated it

The location of the property is very good. Good spacious room with good facilities.

The staff needs more training and need to act professionally. The cleanliness should be supervised as the mini fridge was not cleaned since the last occupant and lot of cockroaches in one of our rooms.

The facilities were commendable..that too at this price...also the staff was really helpful even though we checked in late at night..

One tiny thing was that I noticed one tiny cockroach..so if possible I will suggest a deep clean and pest control....but otherwise the room is great 👍
