Hotel Barcadam

This hotel is unique and exceptional. There is no reason not to stay here. Communication with the hotel was excellent, and our welcome was warm and friendly. The hotel is totally unique, and an old building where every corner has interesting features and furniture. The long walk up the wooden stairs is wonderful. The room was light, warm, comfortable, and huge. The bed was very comfortable and views over the city. Location is also perfect. There is nothing I would change, I just recommend this place

Wonderful old hotel with antique eclectic decor in middle of a quintessential Slovak historic town.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Although not a problem for us and actually contributes to the old Slovakia experience, I do NOT recommend for anyone who has difficulty walking distances as the parking is 10 minute walk up a steep hill, multiple steps up to rooms, and the town in general is hilly walking everywhere.
