タプルベッドでゆったりと一人で過ごせ、バスのお湯の出る量やシャワートイレの水圧が強くて良かったです。朝食も急遽食べることにしましたけど値段も安い品数も良く朝からアイスなども食べれました。

部屋着が少し古さを感じました。エレベーターが1基なので混んでるとときは待たされる。

Like normal business hotels but they offer a lot of nice options. Also the staff were super friendly and helpful! The free shuttle is a plus! Just remember the hours and let them know which exit you’ll be at least 30 mins before. Reservations are encouraged. Be careful since west and east sound similar say West Gate No Shinkansen or East Gate Shinkansen side please. Also the free bike rentals are very appreciated! It was still a bit chilly at night in June so it made it easier for trips to the grocery store or convenience store. Onsen was great and a nice massage chair after help a lot. Drink the free cold water before and after. And the number code is randomized so I felt safe.

Only one elevator and onsen on the top floor. So during busy times like after dinner or in the morning it can take some time to go back to your room. But they have microwaves, free drinks, snacks,instant noodles,drinks at the front desks if you want to buy some there before going back up. As for the onsen, the alcoholic vending machine is next to the entrance so be careful when someone leaves or enters they could see you in the vanity area.

展望風呂は非常に快適でした。

朝食はパンの種類多くして欲しいです。特に食パンがなかったかと思います

北上駅まで迎えに来て頂き助かりました お風呂が大きく、外の屋上にもあり快適でした

お風呂が一箇所のみの為、男女で利用時間に制限があったこと

お風呂が良かったのと近隣の飲食店の割引があって楽しめた。
