駅から、迎えが可能か否かの電話をかけたところ、直ぐに10分くらいで来て下さいました。 翌日、ホテルから徒歩10分位の所に行こうとしたところ、送って下さるとのこと。慣れない土地だったので大変助かりました。 前日から北上に滞在して、これといった食事になかなか巡り会っていなかったのですが、こちらの朝食が、美味しく満足のいくもので、最後に良い思い出となりました。

大きいお風呂が1か所しか無く、男女どちらかしか入れなかったので、好きな時に入れないのはちょっと残念なところでした。

スポーツ観戦でお世話になりました。連泊の予約をしましたが、当方の事情で２泊目をキャンセルしなければならなくなりましたが、快く対応して頂きました。フロントの方の対応素晴らしかったです。また、宿泊したいです。

"良いホテルだと思います！"

スタッフの接遇はとても良いと思いました。気持ち良く応対いただき嬉しかったです。自販機・大浴場・コインランドリー等館内に必要な設備はすべて揃ってる感じです。駅までの送迎があるのは助かりました。来る時は知らずにタクシー使ってしまいましたが帰りは送っていただきました。朝食も美味しいです。

エレベーターが一台しかないのでとにかく待ちます。箱が小さいので乗れずにやり過ごすことが何度もありました。これ以外は特にマイナスポイントは無かったです。 2階と３階くらいは元気な人は階段使いたいと思います。私は2階だったのでほんとに階段使わせて欲しかったです。

"A good value for money hotel"

The location is good, close to the cherry blossoms parks. The room was clean and the breakfast was good value for money.

The toilet was very small.
