大浴場があるのでこちらにしました。

2日前までキャンセル無料で予約していましたが、友人がインフルになり、宿泊2日前に日程変更をリクエストしましたが、空室のある日でも受けていただけませんでした。返金不可、キャンセルするようにとの返信だったので、宿泊はしました。館内には「前日キャンセル30%」と掲示があり、2日前なら返信不可ではないのではないかと思ってしまいました。 地デジの地域設定がされてなかったようで、TVが映らず。フロントにコールするにも電話は室内になく、エレベーターホールへ出てコールしなければなりませんでした。

スタッフの対応が親切、場所がわからず電話したら駅まで迎えに来てくれた。年齢が高いのでスマホでの道案内がわかりにくいので、いつも初めて行くホテルに無事につけるかどうか不安になる。時間に余裕を持ていくのだが仕事の関係で夜間遅くになるといつも不安なるので非常にありがたかった。 出張費が低予算なのでいつも自費を足して今ままでは泊まっていた。今回は更に厳しくなったので出張費内でホテルを取ったので、 「宿泊費が安いから不親切で設備も良くないだろう」と思っていたが、室内もスタッフのサービスも良かったので嬉しかった。

一点ある。アメニティ(リンスや洗顔用せっけん)のある場所がわかりにくかった。翌日にエレベーターの前にあったことに気が付いた。仕事の関係で21時頃に到着することも多々あるので、夜間到着の場合は一声かけていただけるとより嬉しい。
