To use the hotel's free shuttle to/from Odawara Train Station, please make a reservation in advance (limited seats available). The shuttles are available at the following schedule. From Odawara Station to hotel: 12:15, 13:15 and 14:15. From hotel to the station: 11:30, 12:15 and 13:15. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please provide following information when booking shuttles: - Your name - Number of guests - Reachable mobile phone number - Reservation confirmation number Shuttles depart from the West Exit parking area at the station. Please look for a bus with the hotel's logo. No reservation is needed to use the shuttle from Gora Station to the hotel. Please call upon arrival at the Gora Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Shuttle busses are available from 10:00-18:30.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
