客室、大浴場も清潔で快適に過ごせました

朝食は混雑防止から、チェックイン時に30分ごとの時間帯選択でした。選択した時間に行くと、入店するための行列が出来ており、15分以上の待ち時間でした。座席の都合でお一人やお二人の方を先に通すのは理解できますが、次の時間帯の人でも構わず入店させていたのには疑問が残ります。混雑する時期なら、せめて該当の時間の列と次の時間の列で分けて並んで貰うなどしていただけると、不公平感が減るかと思います。次回も混雑する時期の利用の場合は、予定もあるので、早起きして早めの時間帯を選択しようと思います。
