We stayed as a last minute decision but details on the web site were just as expected so no complaints. We were arriving late in a car so a place with parking was high on our wish list and this didn’t disappoint, really easy access from the main road. Place was very clean and tidy through and through, great breakfast too. I loved it that a lot of people came to breakfast wearing their Pygamas (provided by hotel), wish I had gone down in mine even though the fit wasn’t quite the same as other patrons.

Small points but I quite like TV with Netflix as a lot of other places we have stayed at whereas this had films which you then needed to pay for, rooms are on the right size but wasn’t a problem for us. Hotel is on fringes of town reckon a 15 minute walk to where the action is. Have to say these are minor points and the price reflected the location and room size.

Hotel itself is clean and well cared for. The room was very clean and comfortable. HOT showers which was perfect! Not too far from bus stations or train stations. Grocery store and restaurants a short walk away. The staff very kind and friendly! Breakfast available! Keep in mind it's location as well - to get closer to Mt. Fuji it's about 1.5 - 2 hours away by bus/train. We preferred staying here than up top with the crowds.

No so much bad things about the hotel but more clarifying answers than what is provided online. The TV is basically non-functioning unless you like local regular news stations or unknown films. The wifi would cut in and out. Breakfast is not western style at all, which isn't a big deal, but they do have it listed as western when it's not. The Onsen is typical style - naked not bathing suits for any tourists thinking of staying here and curious.
